This is an open secret - everybody knows this incidence, because the owner of the other club involved said this openly himself. And this is not the first time Eric Donkor is saying it. Our corrupt FA and the Sports Ministry refused to investigate and take action because Kotoko was involved - they knew they could not penalize the other team and leave Kotoko alone.
