Other local players who came through that time and performed wonders were Dan Quaye, Dramani, Pappoe and Shilla Illiasu. And we went on to beat Czech 2-0 with these same local players.In FIFA world ranking , Czech was no.2. We have all come to the general understanding that it is completely erroneous to pick foreign based players only over local players. Currently you cannot pick Edmund Addo, Baba Iddrisu , Salis over Richmond Lamptey or Di Maria in terms of performances. Otto Addo was in the 2006 WC so he understands this better. If he is going to build his team only around these non performing players from ONLY Germany , it's up to him. He must have scouts in all Europe ,not only in Germany to help him unearth new players to build a good team. After the 2006 WC, Inkoom and Harrison Afful from the local league were also coming through as the next generation.

Because the team belongs to the fans . Since Garry Southgate was appointed as England coach , English fans have never given him a breather . Yesterday England lost to Brazil in a friendly . Why still playing Maguire, why Rashford instead of Solanke? Chiwell and Gallagher are not good etc. The fans won't just sit down for a coach to destroy their team. Especially if the coach is refusing to do the simple things like playing the players on form and selecting the good players. Germans have been extremely worried about their performances of late.
