It wasn't a penalty. It was tight but he had the right to kick the ball and made partial contact, which is enough. Not enough there to justify a PK. Man City have the most difficult games among the three, then Arsenal.

That said Liverpool have to go to Old Trafford to play bitter and eternal enemies Man Utd. You know Utd will do anything to deny Liverpool any more trophies, since both are in contention for the most trophies. I believe if Liverpool win the EPL they would tie Man Utd for the most EPL trophies. Man Utd does not want to hear any of that.
