Mr Kwaku Tsin , this last Afcon has taught all Ghanaians so many things. South Africa brought 18 local players. And they got to the last 4. Many teams like Mozambique , Angola, Mauritania all brought local players. After this demonstrations, future Black Stars will have the core from our local leagues . We will not depend on ONLY Foreign based players who will come to play only for money, huge appearance fee, can't sing our national anthem, bad body language and no passion in their play. If we can select the quality local players who want to play with hunger , passion and desire and add very few foreign based players , we are good to go. We will see wonders .

So Taadi, should we eliminate South Africa that couldn't even reach the final with the so called locals or should we learn from Nigeria, Ivory Coast which went to the finals? Change your mentality because that is failures mindset.
This Lamptey guy is over hyped and soon will end up in Thailand. where is Jonathan Sowah now? Oh he is playing in Lybia.

Rather many many Ghanaians mentality have changed .Why is everybody saying we are going back to the colts system ,schools and colleges systems to pick players from there . We all know where Michael Essien,John Mensah , Muntari and John Painstil were picked .That's where we are heading my brother. We are back to Uncle Ben Kwoffie 5-year development plan. These talents we identify will form the core of any future BS. Hon Albany Bagbin has said this. President Mahama has shared his opinion on this including football top gurus. However , the few committed foreign based players will be called. The old order where we called all players from abroad , is going to be a thing of the past. These players negotiate their appearance fee before they kick a ball .It is reported ,they took 20,000usd each before kicking a ball. They have done same in last 3 tournaments where they failed to progress. South Africa came with 20 local players without any appearance fee.They were only told to go and play and win the prize money of UD7m and share. So you see the difference between Ghana and SA. Our players take chunk of money for appearing . Management also take same. The demos is seeking to address all this. They will be cancelled. They will be asked to come and play for no money. Our players did not play with any passion, no unity , no cohesion, no hunger and can't even sing our national anthem.Many Ghanaians are now thinking along these lines.

Disgrace upon disgrace on Ghanaians..I hope you still remember one Lee Addy from Brekum Chelsea. He was not the best player in his team , but he was invited into BS. He played in 2009 Afcon and Ghana went to the final l. As a local ooo my brother. He further in played in 2010 WC where Ghana almost went to the semis.That guy Lee Addy made the LB his own for years. Probably our coach should have tried Richmond when it was clear we needed one OM to progress the ball after Ashimeru got injured. Then we could have seen his quality.
