I can imagine HOUGHTON submitted a devastating evaluation/Report which the GFA, and Kurt don't want the masses to read. SO such "MISTAKES AND FAILURES" would take place in the next 20 years to come!!

The booshit job you did at the federation will for many years follow the black stars. The next coach will struggle because you took bribe and selected incompetent players and destroyed the black stars.

Corruption amongst the GFA leadership and the so called football people is the problem.Ghana needs a good coach who can stop interference in player selection.The Black Stars must include 60% of local players.
Some of the patriotic former players must be in the technical team.
Asamoah Gyan be made the Team Manager for the Black Stars and all the national teams.

Technically, Oti could be correct. However, life is not that technical. Human-nature plays a significant role in human decision-making. Sour-grapes syndrome often skews decisions. Chris Hughton had no incentive to submit any meaningful report to aid Ghana. After all, he knew his contract was on life support. It would be unwise on his part to help the future success of the Black Stars. On the other hand, any good-natured person would have written the report, and mailed it in to GFA -- regardless of his termination. Oti, and his colleagues could have done the same. GFA took the right decision to cut its losses. Oti must leave it at that, and move on with his life. May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!

Numba 2 Because GFA is incompentent, they have successively appointing incompetent coaches and technical directors including you. And you are embarrassingly exposing yourself by saying blackstars must include 60% of local players, who are those players? The ones who have been playing rubbish after rubbish in Chan tournaments? By all means there are some very good players in our local league but 60% please come again.
Numba 3 The entire sports ministry need to be re-shuffled but the whole GFA ankasa must be removed otherwise our football will never go forwrard under Okraku and his gurus.
