The question of which account did they deposit the money is not relevant.he should have asked them how the money was spent and from there we would know if they misappropriate the fund or other wise.

This man said essipong is under construction and told the finance minister that it's 90% complete when sports journalist called him tell them where the first 1% completed was, he said the need technical eyes to see an ongoing construction when not even pin was on site.
