  Do they have the capacity to employ a new Black Stars coach when they have not been asked to do so by the employer of the coach(the govt)?The govt shd quickly takeover the management of all the national teams and hand it over to the Sports Council.A Director possibly an old player can be asked to manage the teams(ala Oliver Bierhofff of Germany).
