The only way we can go through is Cameroon drawing and Zambia losing. Algeria is NOT in the equation because they are play Mauritania. Even if they lose, Mauritania will then qualify with 3 points so we cannot depend on that.

Wrong calculations. The defeat to Zambia will be in Ghana's favor hoping Cameroon plays draw with Gambia. But a loss to Algeria won't benefit Ghana because Mauritania will then advance with 3 points.

Group A- only one team has been eliminated thus ahead of Ghana so no room there for Ghana to qualify ahead of the third placed team.

Group B - Ghana is third.

Group C-
50% of the teams in the group are ahead of Ghana with at least three points. Ghana stands the chance if Cameroun ties Gambia. If there is a win by either Gambia or Cameroun then the third place team qualifies ahead of Ghana.

Group D
Ghana cannot mathematically qualify ahead of any of the teams from this group since three of the four teams are already ahead on the tie breakers though Algeria has two points. If Algeria or Mauritania play a draw or either team wins or loses that doesn't help Ghana in any way.

Group E
Ghana cannot qualify ahead of any of the teams in this group since three of the four teams have at least three points.

Group F
Ghana could mathematically qualify as one of the best third placed teams if Morocco beats Zambia and La Republic Democratic du Congo beats Tanzania. Both Morocco and the DRC have to win for Ghana to qualify ahead of the would be third place team in the group. If Zambia draws Morocco and Tanzania wins or draws the DRC then Ghana would be out. Another way Ghana could qualify ahead of the third place team from this group is if Tanzania draws the DRC and Zambia loses to Morocco or both Zambia and the DRC lose.
