Ghana-Nigeria : Algerian to handle match

Accra, Feb. 2, GNA - Algerian referee, Benouza Mohamed has got the nod to handle the titanic clash between Ghana's Black Stars and Nigeria's Super Eagles at the quarterfinal stage of the 26th MTN African Cup of nations at the Ohene Djan Sports stadium on Sunday.

His compatriot, Djezzar Brahim would be assistant referee one with Molefe Enock of South Africa as assistant referee two.

According to the Confederation of Africa Football's website accessed by GNA Sports on Saturday the Match Commissioner would be Walter Nyamilaudu Manda of Malawi.

Haimoudi Djamel also of Algeria would be in the middle when Cote d'Ivoire clash with Guinea at the Sekondi stadium in the other quarterfinal match.

Celestin Ntagungira of Rwanda is the assistant referee one and Achick Redoune of Morocco is assistant referee two. Mario Semede Mendes of Cape Verde Island is the Match Commissioner.
