SWAG Award Winners presented with Multi TV/RLG phones

Accra, July 7, GNA - Winners of the recently held MTN/Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Awards Night, were presented with digi-boxes from Multi TV and Somotex Ghana Limited and RLG phones as part of their awards from the sponsors of the event.

A statement from the secretariat of the Association, said 15 of the award winners took home Multi TV digi-boxes provided by the free to air television station and their partners Somotex Ghana Limited as part of their sponsorship package to the Awards Night.

It said the digi-boxes were presented to selected award winners based on the agreement between SWAG, Multi TV and Somotex Ghana Limited.

According to the statement, some selected award winners also took home RLG phones donated by RLG Communications, also sponsors of the event.

The Association has therefore extended its gratitude to the two bodies for their support which enabled them to stage a successful event.

It expressed the hope that the two bodies will remain sponsors of the event in the coming years since the Association is committed to maintaining the prestige associated with the event.

SWAG in partnership with MTN decorated 33 sports men and women including administrators for their distinguished service to the nation.
