Several international media outlets have reported the departure of Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz following a mutual agreement with the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Some of these global media outlets including Sky Sports, The Sun, The Athletic, talkSPORT, and others, have shared varied reports on the development.
Per their reports, these international outlets appeared unsurprised by the circumstances surrounding the coach’s departure.

They also acknowledged Carlos Queiroz’s records including his achievement as head coach, and status as one of the managers with the most wins in international football.
Meanwhile, the Black Stars lost 2-0 to Côte d'Ivoire in their first game and went on to suffer a 4-2 defeat to The Gambia at the Accra Sports Stadium.
In Group C, Côte d'Ivoire and The Gambia lead with six points each, while Ghana and Somalia lie at the bottom with zero points after two games.
