Hearts move camp to Ho

Accra, Aug 30. GNA 96 Accra Hearts of Oak has moved its camp from Accra to the Volta Regional capital, Ho to continue their preparations towards the 2006/7 One Touch Premier League. A statement signed by Mr Ashford Tettey-Oku, Administrative Manager of the Club said the decision arrived at with their new Bulgarian coach, Mitko Kostadinov Dobrev.

Hearts are billed to play Swedru Gamba All Blacks at the Ho Stadium in the second week Premier League game.

According to the statement, the move is to recondition, re-psyche and re-orient the playing body ahead of the premiership and other continental assignments.

The statement added that it is also to enable the playing body to get used to the playing pitch at their newly adopted Ho Stadium and to develop familiarity with the good people of the Municipality with the view of maximizing patronage of their league matches. It added that the team will return to Accra late next week and fly straight to Nigeria for the 10th MTN/CAF Champions League game against Enyimba International of Nigeria on September 10th.
