The Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF) Wheelchair Tennis Team has departed for Rabat, Morocco to compete in the 2026 ITF PNB Paribas World Team Cup Africa Qualifiers, scheduled to take place at Club Wifaq Tennis, Rababt, Morocco from March 30 to 3rd April 2026.
Team Ghana will be represented in the men’s division by senior wheelchair tennis player Bernard Yawson and junior player Emmanuel Amosogo Amobire. The team is accompanied by Coach Daniel Kwakye (Okoro) and team official Godfred Ansong from Ghana Wheelchair Tennis.
The Ghana team delivered an impressive performance last year, winning the bronze medal, and the team is hopeful of improving upon that achievement in this year’s competition.
