David Accam receives U.S Green Card

Chicago Fire striker David Accam has received his U.S Green Card which grants him permanent resident status in the United States.

The Ghana international will no longer occupy an International Roster Spot on the club’s roster.

Accam joined the Fire from Swedish Allsvenskan side Helsingborgs IF last December.

He has emerged as the club’s top scorer with 10 goals in 22 appearances on his debut season with two assists.
