Coach Boamah Joins Dolphins

Ghanaian born-coach, Phillip Boamah, has joined Port-Harcourt based Dolphins Football Club.

Boamah, who was with Kwara United last season joined Dolphins after his romance with former CAF Cup champions, Bendel Insurance did not materialize.

The veteran coach who has managed Julius Berger and Shooting Stars at different periods is expected to help the club manager, Musa Abdullahi to turn the team into a winning side.

Boamah, who played club football in Nigeria with former Cup Winners Cup and CAF Cup kings, Shooting Stars had a stint in Ghana with Okwahu United before returning to coach Kwara United.

Dolphins won the Coca-Cola FA Cup in 2001 as a dividion two side.
