‘Well done Eagles’ - Injured KP Boateng applaud Besiktas teammates for win against Denizlispor

Kevin-Prince Boateng has applauded his Besiktas teammates for beating Denizlispor on Saturday in the Turkish Super Lig.

The German-born Ghanaian international sustained an injury prior to this weekend’s match and as a result missed the clash with the matchday opponent at the Denizli Atatürk Stadium.

At the end of a pulsating encounter, Besiktas came out tops as they bagged all 3 points on the back of an emphatic 5-1 victory.

In a Twitter post after the game, KP Boateng has congratulated his teammates for the important win.

“Well done eagles, great win! Let’s keep going on this way”, the former Black Stars forward posted.

KP Boateng is on loan at Besiktas from Fiorentina and has scored 2 goals after making 7 appearances for the side.

He is in talks with the club to turn his loan stint into a permanent stay in order to play in Turkey next season.
