“We made a pledge to the Ghanaian people to expand and improve the road network while closing the missing links in the network. We had to make this pledge because we know that the so-called unprecedented infrastructure development of the Mahama administration was fantasy; existing in the Green Book and not on the ground,” President Akufo-Addo said when he inaugurated the $57-million Tema Motorway Interchange project.

However, Kweku Baako Jnr reacting to this on Peace FM morning show 'Kokrokoo' said Akufo-Addo should not have made the comments above.

"if I had had the chance to be close to him (Akufo-Addo) within a certain time frame, I would not have asked him to talk about the green book...he didn't have to be the one to do that. He should have left it to his party communicators" he said.
