Owner of Division One League side Tema Youth, Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer has taken a swipe at the Ghana Football Association after failing to pay their part of the advance cost for hearing as requested by Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).

Palmer following his disqualification from contesting the Ghana FA’s presidential election went to CAS to seek redress.

Both parties (GFA, Palmer) were asked to pay €22,000 for the case to hear but the Ghana FA refused to pay.

However, the embattled Palmer decided to foot the needed bill and paid €22,000 to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on behalf of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for his disqualification from presidential elections appeal case to be heard.

In an interview with Asempa FM, he lamented that the Ghana was FA was being mischief as they intended not to pay for the case to be hear.

He adds that, he paid on behalf of the FA because he wanted the case to be hear.
