Ernst & Young appointed as external auditors for Access bank

Access bank has announced the appointment of Ernst and Young Ghana (EY) as statutory Auditors of the Bank effective 2019 financial year.

This was contained in a statement issued by the bank on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

The appointment comes after the passage of a shareholder resolution at the Bank’s 11th Annual General Meeting held on 16th May, 2019 at the Marriot Hotel, Accra.

The approval was obtained from the Bank on 19th February, 2020, the bank further said.
