Ghana FA in search for new Technical Director to succeed Oti Akenteng

The Ghana Football Association are currently in a dilemma over the right successor of Coach Francis Oti Akenteng as the new technical director.

Coach Francis Oti Akenteng brings his work to and end as the technical director of the FA in a March after a decade in charge.

Coach Bashir Hayford recently expressed his delight to take over from Oti Akenteng as the new technical director of the FA after he left his coaching role in Somalia.

According to close sources, some members of the Executive Council wants an expatriate while others want a local technical person.

Meanwhile, the Kurt Okraku led administration is considering an expatriate to head it referee’s department and train their own referees as they plan to do away the Referee Association of Ghana (RAG).
