Mukarama Abdulai named in Junior College Division I All-America Team of the Year

Former Black Maidens captain Mukarama Abdulai has been named in the Junior College Division I Women's All-America Team.

The Tyler Junior College sophomore scored three consecutive braces in four matches to help her school to win the NJCAA National Championship.

She was named the Most Valuable Offensive Player with six goals.

The selection of players in the All-Star Team was done by United Soccer Coaches.
