Techiman City FC president Charles Kwadwo Ntim believes former Ghana Football Association's Vice President, says George Afriyie was not spiritually and financially sound to win the GFA Elections.

Ntim, affectionately called Mickey Charles, says George Afriyie had the competence to be the 24th Ghana Football Association President but the other two factors which include, having a deep pocket and being spiritually strong made the GFA Presidency impossible for the Okyeman Planners owner.

"If you want to win the GFA presidential seat you need three things before you can ascend to the seat. You need to have a deep pocket, be spiritually strong and then you have to be a competent person. Goerge and Kurt are all competent to run the FA but George Afriyie was very very down spiritually and he didn't have a deep pocket"

"I'm saying this because the Goerge Afriyie i know was not the one I saw yesterday. I only saw the George I know when he was coming to concede defeat to Kurt Okraku because he didn't even know what he was doing spiritually," Micky Charles told Nhyira FM.

Meanwhile Kurt Okraku has been elected as the new Ghana Football Association President for the next four years.
