CAF Confed Cup : Habib Mohammed suspended for San Pedro clash

Asante Kotoko will miss the service of their dependable centre back Habib Mohammed for the first leg of their CAF Confederations Cup playoffs against San Pedro following his red Card against Etoile Du Sahel in the CAF Champions League.

The defender was shown a second yellow card after the game after he went to the officials to expresed his displeasure on the referees performance.

Habib who has featured in all games for the club this season will sit out of the game on Sunday to serve his suspension.

The absence of the defender will be a big blow for Kjetil Zachariassen who will also be without Injured Wahab Adams for the game.

Kotoko will host San Pedro on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium before traveling to Ivory Coast for the second leg in two weeks.
