AmaCares pays courtesy call on Oheneyere Gifty Anti

Renowned television personality and wife of Nana Ansah Kwao IV, Oheneyere FBI Dr. Gifty Anti, on Monday received AmaCares following a visit paid her by the non-profit organization that advocates against child sexual abuse.

Led by the founder, Benedicta Ama Batcho, the organization sought to introduce itself to the broadcaster and seek her blessings as it embarks on a campaign to change community’s perception on child sexual abuse.

Ms. Batcho remarked that being a survivor, she is aware of the emotional and psychological trauma victims encounter; hence her quest to fight the despicable practice.

Impressed with AmaCares’ zeal and the efforts made within a relatively short period, Oheneyere Gifty Anti congratulated the team. She however urged the organisation not to relent on its efforts regardless of the challenges that may come its way.

The host of Standpoint mentioned she will offer her platform to the team to help propagate the message.

She gifted the team copies of ‘A Bit of Me’ - a book which is the untold story of her life.

AmaCares also received congratulatory message from Nana Ansah Kwao IV, Chief of Akwamu Adumasa and Gyaase of Tafoman, Akwamu.
