Mubarak Wakaso's Deportivo Alaves set to sign Majeed Waris - Reports

Spanish La Liga side, Deportivo Alaves are set to sign Ghanaian forward, Majeed Waris.

Reports suggest that officials of El Glorioso were in Portugal on Thursday and had a meeting with Porto for a possible loan deal for the attacker.

Waris is currently training with the Porto team B and they are ready to let him move to Alaves on a season loan with an option to buy.

The Spanish club are seeking for a replacement for Patrick Twumasi who had a torrid time in their fold last season and has been loaned to Turkish outfit Gazisehir Gaziantep.

Alaves are desperate to sign the former Nantes forward before the summer transfer window ends on September 2.
