Adu-Mante appointed MD of Commercial Bank

Accra Feb. 21, GNA - The Board of the Ghana Commercial Bank has appointed Mr Lawrence Newton Adu-Mante as the Managing Director of the bank on contract for two years with effect from February 11 this year. A statement from the Ghana Stock Exchange on Monday said until his appointment, Mr Adu-Mante had been the acting managing director since July 2004.

He holds a BSc Honours degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration Degree. He joined the bank in 1972.
