“I’m not too surprised about the talents I saw here. During the 2017 AFCON in Gabon I had the opportunity to see some Ga-Adangbe youth in the Black Stars. I was bit surprised at their performance. I’m talking about the Christian Atsu, Jonathan Mensah, Thomas Partey, Tekpetey among others. My grandmother comes from here so I decided to come here and spot talents for both local and international clubs and I believe that it has paid off”.

“From what we have observed here today, I’m convinced that there are some fantastic talents here. We want to have a very strong Ada youth team and I’m going to be the brain behind it. I’m going to help a friend organize a very formidable team here”, he said.

The organizer of the competition who is also the General Manager of division two side Okor Nowomi FC made known his impression with the quality of talent he witnessed.

“I have tried over the years to convince my cousin (George Afriyie) to do this thing but his work at the FA does not allow so I’m happy we managed to stage it today. I think all of you have seen the talents here and they are good”, he said.
