Cletus Nombil excels as AIK draw with New York City FC

Ghana youth midfielder Cletus Daho Nombil was in action as AIK shared spoils with New York City FC in s preseason friendly.

New York City FC were held to a 1-1 stalemate by the 2018 Swedish top-flight League champions at the New York University Abu Dhabi Stadium in UAE.

The 18-year-old was introduced in the second half of the match.

He has been training with the Stockholm based club with the hope of landing a contract ahead of the new season.

He was spotted in jersey number 45.

The Dreams FC young midfielder earn a month trial at AIK following his performance in the Ghana Premier League last season.

Black Stars duo Enoch Adu Kofi and Ebenezer Ofori were also in action for AIK and New York City FC respectively.
