The first batch of successful applicants into the Ghana Police Service has been directed to report at the police headquarters on Friday for appointment letters.

One thousand applicants who went through medical screening and vetting were deemed successful.

“The first batch of 1,000 applicants are likely to begin their training from Friday 21st December,” the police said in a news release on Tuesday.

“The remaining qualified applicants who have not received any email will be notified in due course.”

Thousands of applicants went through the medical screening in June/July.

The police is expected to complete the recruitment process by the end of the year.
