Former Aduana Stars coach, Yusif Abubakar dead

Former coach of Aduana Stars Yusif Abubakar is dead, ghanasoccernent reports.

Yusif Abubakar who until his unfortunate demise was the head coach of the Black Meteors passed on this morning at the Kwame Nkrumah Technical University after a short illness.

According to online a portal, a source close to the coach's family confirmed the news and mentioned that the coach will be buried today in accordance with Islamic laws.

"Coach [Yusif Abubakar is no more, he passed on few hours ago at the Tech Hospital." Per the Islamic laws, he will be buried today and other arrangements will be communicated to the general public."

He coached several clubs in the Ghanaian top-flight league including Hearts of Oak, Heart of Lions and Medeama SC.
