Peak Investment Capital acquires majority share in Dough Man Foods

A leading Pan-African investment and operational firm, Peak Investment Capital (PIC), has acquired a major share in Ghanaian owned company, Dough Man Foods (DMF).

Founder of DMF, Francis Kofigah, however remains the Chief Executive Officer of the DMF despite the change of management of the company, a communique from PIC reveals.

Commenting on the acquisition, Partner at Peak Investment Capital, Kobbina Awuah, touted the achievements of DMF saying he is optimitic, the new management will rebrand and strengthen the company for the current market.

He said, “Dough Man Foods is a great addition to our portfolio. We look forward to working with management on strengthening its current market position while staying true to the Dough Man brand. Given the current market environment, this is a great time to grow the brand and take Dough Man Foods to new locations across Ghana. We also hope to leverage our existing partnerships across Africa to expand the Dough Man footprint across the continent.”
