Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr.,has called on the Police not to spare members of the Delta Force suspected to have attacked the Member of Parliament for Old Tafo and Minister of State for Monitoring & Evaluation, Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei.

Commenting on the recent conduct by the Delta Force, an angry Kweku Baako told host Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' that he would ask for the suspects to be imprisoned and the keys to the prison "thrown away under the sea".

He bemoaned the group's action saying it is annoying and disastrous for any country to harbour such attitude from certain people because they are affiliated with the ruling party or otherwise.

Kweku Baako admonished the Police to use the suspects as scape goats by prosecuting them and if found guilty, justice should be allowed to take its full course on them.

“We all believe in the rule of law, due process, or else I’d say the people who have been arrested should be sent to prison and the keys thrown away into the sea. We’re tired. It’s impunity of the highest order in the name of politics; party politics, it's too much Kwami . . . it's tiring discussing the same old matter everytime saying the same thing . . .” he stressed.

The Delta Force stormed a meeting of constituency executives at Old Tafo chaired by their Member of Parliament and Minister of State for Monitoring and Evaluation Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei.

The muscular men of the group allegedly went with a particular purpose to attack the Minister but he managed to escape unharmed.

Kweku Baako has condemned the action but laid the blame on the doorstep of the governing NPP.
