Customs officers seized 10kg of cocaine after inspecting 159 pallets of vegetables and pineapples in Southall, west London, on Thursday.

Police also discovered 10kg of herbal cannabis in the shipment, which had recently arrived from Accra in Ghana, destined for a London address.

The drugs are thought to have an estimated street value of ?558,000.
