Black Stars number one goalkeeper Richard Ofori will be in search of their first point of the current league campaign when they host Kaizer Chiefs at Harry Gwala Stadium in the first of the weekend’s PSL fixtures on Friday night.

Maritzburg United – The Team of Choice – are 14th place in the 16-club league after losing their opening two games to Golden Arrows at home and against Free State Stars on the road as pressure continue to increase on Ofori and his teammates.

The Team of Choice also were defeated in front of their home fans by Cape Town City in the MTN 8 Cup competition meaning the former Wa All Stars goalkeeper has conceded five goals in just the first three games in all competition this season.

Ofori’s defence has particularly let him down but he knows he has to start keeping clean sheets to repeat his big season of 2017/18 that saw him compete for the award of best goalkeeper in the South Africa Premier League.
