The Black Satellites skipper is full of confidence ahead of the return leg in Benin after claiming a 3-1 win in the first leg

Ghana U-20 captain Issahaku Kondah says they will prevent Benin from pulling off a shock victory to qualify for the 2019 Africa U-20 Nations Cup holding in Niger.

The 19-year-old was on the score sheet in the first leg as the Black Satellites came from a goal down to record a 3-1 victory at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium last week.

“My teammates and I are determined to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations so preparations have gone on well in camp," Kondah told Oman FM.

"We are learning a lot of tactics ahead of the second leg in Cotonou and I can say that we have had the best of preparations which give us a lot of motivation.

“There are no injury worries in camp although some players had minor knocks during training. But even with that, everyone will be fit for the game according to the doctors so we'll definitely qualify,” he added

Nigeria have become the first country to join hosts Niger after eliminating Mauritania.
