ARZ Consult, a recruitment agency in collaboration with A1 Bread and telecommunications giants, MTN has created 5,000 jobs and more for unemployed youth in the country.

The opportunities that have been created in the Greater Accra region, with the initial 5,000 is expected to be replicated in the other regions in the country with the sole aim of providing livelihood to thousands of unemployed persons.

Speaking to the media about the initiative, Founder of ARZ Consult, Zak Rahman disclosed that revealed that the overall goal is to create 100,000 jobs.

“What we are trying to do is to create more than 100,000 jobs so every Ghanaian person who one way or the other is idle or jobless, you call us we come and do the setup and we start supplying you. You do not have to pay anything. We supply you for free whatever money you make, you make it directly. We give you the table and umbrella and chair and supply you any quantity you can sell. But averagely we expect that you sell about 30 loaves of bread daily and make GH¢600 a month”, he said.

Mr Rahman envisaged that the project will help ameliorate the poverty situation of the masses of unemployed youth in the country and redefine their conditions.
