Indian business man deported for overstaying his permit in Ghana

Ashok Kumar, an Indian businessman has been repatriated to his home country on the grounds of expired stay and work permit.

It will be recalled that in June 2017, Mr. Ashok Kumar took the GIS to the High Court over the cancellation of his work and residence permits and subsequent deportation on the orders of the Interior Minister.

The Ghana Immigration Service on Sunday, 11th March sent Mr. Kumar back to his home country for over staying in the country
