The morning will be dull and humid with drizzles or slight rain over coastal areas - Meteo

The meteorological Services Department on Wednesday said an area of cyclonic circulation currently toughing over Northern Ghana was moving slowly westward. This would continue to produce scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across the northern half of the country down to the middle sectors. It could be heavier over Upper West, Brong Ahafo and Ashanti regions in the afternoon. For this reason, induced cloudiness could produce dull and humid conditions with morning drizzle or slight rain over the coastal and forest areas and rain showers over high grounds of Mid-Volta and Eastern regions in the afternoon.

The night time would be cool and calm with misty/foggy conditions over sheltered areas in the morning.

Maximum and minimum temperatures between the hours of 0600 on Wednesday and 0600 on Thursday were given as: coastal areas, between 29 and 22 degrees Celsius; forest and mountainous areas, between 30 and 20 degrees Celsius; and Northern Ghana, between 32 and 23 degrees Celsius.
