Veep To Visit Yendi

The vice president, Aliu Mahama would be visiting Yendi for the first time since the murder of the Dagbon king in March 2002 to attend the funeral of his uncle on Sunday.

Aliu Mahma has for the past avoided visiting Yendi after the murder of the Dagbon overlord because of his alleged role in masterminding the dastardly act.

Plain cloth security have started arriving in Tamale and Yendi.
