The Ghana Football Association (GFA)’s Ethics Committee has invited Berekum Chelsea official, Oduro Sarfo to appear at its next sitting on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the GFA Secretariat, Accra.

This is as a result of a complaint filed by Asante Kotoko in which they allege that Oduro Sarfo made comments on various media platforms, seeking to damage the reputation of the club.

According to a letter received from Asante Kotoko, Oduro Sarfo alleged on various radio stations that Asante Kotoko was involved in alleged match fixing in their match day 30 game against Liberty Professionals in the 2016/17 season.

Kotoko tendered in evidence of audio recordings and transcripts of alleged comments made by Oduro Sarfo. Also to appear before the Committee are CEO of Eleven Wonders, Kwadwo Takyi Arhin and the President of Amidaus Professionals, Baba Gado.

The two reportedly also made unethical comments on radio and other media platforms. Anybody with any information that will help in the Committee’s investigations into these matters should kindly contact its Secretary at the GFA Secretariat.
