Kwesi Nyantakyi meets StarTimes founder

Ghana Football Football president Kwesi Nyantakyi has held a meeting with the founder of Ghana Premier League Broadcast sponsors, Star Times, Mr. Pang Xinxing on his trip to China.

The GFA president is currently in China and has held meetings with key Chinese football officials as well as business leaders.

Key amongst the issues discussed in the meeting with the Star a Times chief included, the construction of football pitches across Ghana as part of the sponsorship agreement.

They also discussed ways of strengthening the existing relationship between the football Association and Star Times.

Star Times expressed its readiness to get the construction of the pitches underway very soon.

The arrival of its OB van and other equipments in Ghana is expected to go a long way to improve the quality of the Ghana Premier League's coverage.

The Chinese TV giants are also sponsors for other competitions organized by the Ghana Football Association.
