Trapped driver survives accident involving 10 cars in Accra

A multiple car accident involving about 10 cars at the Kawokudi stretch of the Obasanjo road in Accra has left a driver who was trapped injured.

According to eyewitness report the incident happened around 2pm. The accident occurred when a truck driver lost control due to a break failure running into other vehicles.

The truck eventually rammed into a nearby tree after mangling about 9 other vehicles in its way.

Apart from the truck driver who was rushed to the 37 military hospital fro treatment no other casualty was recorded.
