Heritage Bank opens new branch at Adum

Heritage Bank Limited, an emergent Ghanaian Bank which began its operations in the Ghanaian banking industry in February 2017 has further extended its operations to Kumasi with a new branch at Adum following the maiden one at Suame-Magazine in the Ashanti Region.

The new branch underscores the bank’s commitment to bring its world-class services closer to the communities where its customers live and work.

It also forms part of the bank’s targeted expansion project in the Garden City which would afford its inhabitants with an opportunity to enjoy a remarkable banking experience characterized by modified, innovative and ultra-convenient financial solutions.

Mr Peter Sangber-Dery, Deputy Managing Director of Heritage Bank Limited stated in his address at the opening ceremony that the bank places maximum priority on the customer’s trust and has instituted robust systems and processes to ensure that investments by customers are secured.

He added that the corporate ethos of the Bank is hinged on best practices in corporate governance and responsible banking operations.

“Banking is built on trust and this is one of the Hallmarks our business is founded on,” he emphasized.

He reiterated that Heritage Bank is built on ethical and safe banking practices backed by robust internal and external control, auditing processes and risk management by highly experienced Board Members, Executive Management Members and employees.

“We have learned lessons from the experiences of past and present Banks and have taken time to do the necessary risk-analysis, made the requisite projections and taken adequate precautions to forestall any untoward eventuality,” he added.

Mr Sangber-Dery further reassured customers that the bank is able to meet the Bank of Ghana’s reviewed minimum capitalization requirement for banks and however urged the industrious communities of Kumasi to patronise the Heritage Bank.

On his part the General Manager of Retail Operations, Mr Mark Achiampong also said, as a listening bank, Heritage Bank Limited will continue to dialogue with customers in order to appreciate their real needs and come up with relevant financial solutions to make their dreams possible.

He highlighted the bank’s singular commitment to bringing the benefits of banking to unserved and underserved customer segments in the country through innovation, customization and digitization.
