He has, therefore called on party members and followers to maintain a strong and united front to translate the party?s avowed objectives into massive votes. Mr. Bonsu who was speaking in an interview, noted that since ?organization decides everything,? party organizers and foot soldiers must never relent but work hard to win more support for the party.

He urged the party faithfuls to avoid what he termed as petty bickering, backbiting and divisive tendencies that did not augur well for the advancement of the party and forge a united front to fight for political power in the forthcoming elections.

Mr. Bonsu explained that anyone who registered but tailed to have his picture taken would not be able to vote in the general elections. He also stressed the need to give the EC the freedom and independence to do it work.

Touching on criticism leveled against the government for bring in arms, Mr. Bonsu noted that the government and no one else had the right to import arms to maintain state security. According to him, in view of the country?s past experiences, the government would not sit down or take the security of the state for granted for adventurers to take advantage of the situation to destabilize the country.
