    Which means, African leaders should turn a blind eye even when subordinates are found to have been engaged in corruption. Let us keep quite over matters which were left unattended that have have landed us in this quagmire.

    Mills was a useless leader. Could not control corruption. He would have been better off as a university teacher. Politics is reserved for theives in Africa.
