Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah has left Spanish second-tier side Cordoba, according to GHANAsoccernet.com report.

The 30-year-old has ended his four-year association with the side after a frustrating spell last season.

Brimah refused to extend his contract which expired last month over the lack of assurances he may not be guaranteed regular playing opportunities.

Brimah joined Cordoba two seasons ago from Mirandés where he was a regular starter.

But the Ghanaian struggled for game time last season after making just three appearances for the side.

The lack of playing opportunities might have led to the decision to seek a new challenge elsewhere.

The Ghanaian will not be short of offers as he is a free agent.

The shot-stopper was yanked from Ghana's squad that clobbered Ethiopia in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at home last month.
