Wa All Stars sack Enos Adepa

Defending Premier League champions Wa All Stars have parted company with coach Enos Adepa.

He led the Northern Blues to their first Premier League title last season, and ten months after that feat he has been sacked due to the club’s poor performance in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

Wa All Stars are just four points above the relegation zone after amassing 25 points from 20 games played.

Assistant coach Alhaji Mumuni Sokpari has been tasked to take charge of the team until a substantive head coach is appointed.

“Yes, it’s true management took the decision that he should step aside because as we can all see, our performance in the league is not the best so far”

“His assistant will lead the team for the rest of the remaining games,” General Manager Seth Pawun told Starr Sports
