Ghana defender Phil Ofosu Ayeh has set his sights on helping his new club Wolverhampton Wanderers secure promotion to the English Premier League.

The 25-year-old completed a three-year deal to the English Championship outfit from German Bundesliga II club Eintracht Braunschweig for an undisclosed fee.

After finalizing the deal, the marauding right full back expressed his desire to secure promotion ticket to the elite division.

“Of course, I would love to achieve what Huddersfield have achieved this season - the emotions of that play-off final were amazing. This season I want to go up and this is my goal here.

“What I see here now, for the first day, it’s amazing and I think that this club deserves to play in the top division and we have to prove this throughout the season.”
