Kenyan giants AFC Leopards are interested in signing Ghanaian midfielder Bennett Ofori, Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal.

Ofori terminated his deal with the Mauves and Yellows on Thursday after just few months into his contract.

The midfielder played just eight games for Medeama in the first round of the Ghana Premier League due to injury.

However an agreement between Medeama and the 24-year-old saw him abrogating his deal with the Club.

Sources close to the player have revealed the former Kotoko man is set to join AFC Leopards.

The ex-Berekum Chelsea star is believed to have been in regular contact with the Club hence likely to join them in the coming days.

He will be joining country man Gilbert Fiamenyo who signed for the Kenyan Premier League side after leaving Ghanaian Club Hearts of Oak last season.
