We are in a difficult situation – Eric Donkor

Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender, Eric Donkor says he and his teammates find themselves in a very difficult situation currently, as they will ‘fight’ to get back to winning ways.

The Porcupine Warriors have now stretch their win-less run to six matches having drawn with Aduana Stars in match-day 13 of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Stadium.

According to the highly rated versatile defender, playing six games without a win makes them very sad but they will strive hard to turn things around results going forward.

“Going six games without a win, you can’t be happy as player of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, looking at the per degree of club.

“it’s a difficult moment for us the players, but shall not give up we have to fight, because we are supposed to, and we shall do that till we get our first win,” Donkor said in an interview.

Meanwhile, Kotoko will face arch-rivals Hearts in the Ghana at 60 anniversary match at the Accra Sports Stadium on May 1, 2017.
